Refund Policy for Digital Products

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by ThemeStudio, including but not limited to Perfect Panel themes, design assets, UI templates, setup files, documentation, downloadable resources, and any other digital product, license, or service made available through our website.
By purchasing from ThemeStudio, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and any product-specific terms shown at checkout or on the product page.
1. Digital Product Nature
ThemeStudio sells digital products, not physical goods.
Our products are delivered electronically and may be accessed, downloaded, copied, installed, customized, or used immediately after purchase. Because of this, digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical products.
Once access to a digital product has been granted, the product is considered delivered.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Download access being provided
- A theme file being delivered
- A license or access link being issued
- Documentation or setup instructions being made available
- A digital product being emailed or made available through the customer account
- Any part of the product being accessed, downloaded, installed, copied, edited, or used
2. All Sales Are Final After Digital Access
Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are final once the product has been accessed, downloaded, delivered, installed, copied, customized, or otherwise made available to you.
We do not provide refunds simply because:
- You changed your mind
- You no longer need the product
- You purchased the wrong product
- You found another product elsewhere
- You expected a feature that was not listed on the product page
- You do not have the technical knowledge required to install, edit, or use the product
- You dislike the design after purchase
- You decided not to use the product
- Your project, brand, store, or business plans changed
- You purchased the product during a sale, promotion, bundle, or discount campaign
- You failed to read the product description, requirements, license terms, or documentation before purchasing
ThemeStudio is not responsible for assumptions, expectations, or intended use cases that were not clearly stated in the product description before purchase.
3. Refunds May Be Considered Only in Limited Cases
Although digital product purchases are generally final, we may review refund requests in limited situations.
A refund may be considered if:
- You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical payment error
- You accidentally purchased the exact same product more than once using the same customer details
- The digital product was not delivered and we are unable to provide access within a reasonable time
- The download link, file, or access method is broken and we are unable to fix it
- You received a completely different product from the one you purchased
- The product contains a major, verifiable technical defect that prevents normal use of the core product, and we are unable to resolve the issue after being given a reasonable opportunity to investigate
A refund request does not guarantee approval.
All refund decisions are made at ThemeStudio’s sole discretion, based on the facts of the case, product access history, communication history, technical evidence, and applicable consumer protection laws.
4. No Refunds for Compatibility Issues Outside Our Control
ThemeStudio products are designed for the platforms, systems, or use cases described on the relevant product page.
We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, services, hosting providers, apps, scripts, plugins, custom code, browser extensions, platform updates, server settings, external integrations, or modifications made after delivery.
Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by:
- Third-party apps, plugins, or extensions
- Custom code added by you or another developer
- Platform changes outside our control
- Incorrect installation
- Unsupported hosting or server environments
- Conflicts with external scripts or tracking tools
- Edited, modified, or incomplete theme files
- Removing required code, assets, or documentation
- Using the product outside its intended purpose
- Failure to follow the installation or setup instructions
- Attempting to use the product on an unsupported platform
If the product page states specific requirements, compatibility limitations, or supported use cases, it is your responsibility to review them before purchasing.
5. Support Before Refund
If you believe there is an issue with your product, you must contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the problem.

- A clear explanation of the issue
- Screenshots, screen recordings, error messages, or other evidence where relevant

Failure to provide the requested information may result in your refund request being denied.
6. What Support Includes
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, standard product support may include:
- Help accessing your purchased files
- Clarification about product usage
- Guidance related to installation or setup
- Fixes for verified product-related bugs
- Replacement of missing or corrupted files
- Assistance with documentation or download access
7. What Support Does Not Include
Standard support does not include:
- Custom design work
- Custom development
- Full installation services
- Store setup services
- Perfect Panel account configuration
- Branding work
- Copywriting
- Custom feature requests
- Third-party integrations
- Fixing issues caused by external code
- Fixing issues caused by third-party apps, plugins, tools, or services
- Teaching you how to code
- Rebuilding a product to match your personal preferences
- Modifying the product beyond its advertised features
- Troubleshooting environments or systems not supported by the product
Any extra work outside standard support may require a separate paid service.
8. Product Previews, Demos, and Descriptions
ThemeStudio may provide screenshots, demo previews, descriptions, mockups, feature lists, or visual examples to help customers understand the product before purchase.
Product previews are provided for demonstration purposes.
Minor visual differences may occur due to device size, browser rendering, fonts, screen resolution, platform settings, third-party tools, content length, or customer-side customization.
Such differences do not qualify as defects and do not automatically make the product eligible for a refund.
9. Downloaded, Accessed, or Used Products
If a product has been downloaded, accessed, installed, copied, customized, exported, shared, or used in any way, it is generally not eligible for a refund.
This applies even if you later decide not to use the product.
By purchasing and accessing a digital product, you acknowledge that digital delivery begins immediately and that the product cannot be returned once delivered.
10. License and Unauthorized Use
Purchasing a ThemeStudio product gives you a limited license to use the product under the terms stated on the product page, license file, or Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Resell the product
- Redistribute the product
- Share the files publicly
- Upload the product to marketplaces, forums, file-sharing websites, or repositories
- Claim the product as your own original work
- Transfer the license without written permission
- Use the product in a way that violates our license terms
- Request a refund while continuing to use, copy, modify, distribute, or benefit from the product
If a refund is approved, your license to use the product is revoked immediately.
After a refund, you must delete all copies of the product and stop using it in any form.
Continued use after a refund is unauthorized.
11. Abuse, Fraud, and Bad-Faith Requests
ThemeStudio reserves the right to refuse refunds, support, or future service where we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, misuse, or bad-faith behavior.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Requesting refunds after downloading or copying products
- Repeated purchases followed by refund requests
- False claims about product defects
- Refusing to provide evidence of the issue
- Threatening chargebacks instead of contacting support
- Using the product while claiming it is unusable
- Attempting to obtain products for free
- Sharing, reselling, or distributing purchased files
- Violating license terms
- Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful communication
We reserve the right to block access, revoke licenses, cancel orders, refuse future purchases, and take further action where necessary to protect our products and business.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a problem with your order, you must contact us first at themestudio.io@gmail.com so we can review and resolve the issue.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution.
If a chargeback is opened for a product that was delivered, accessed, downloaded, installed, or used, we reserve the right to provide evidence to the payment processor, including order records, delivery logs, download/access records, communication history, product information, and policy acceptance details.
We may suspend access to products, support, updates, licenses, or future purchases while a payment dispute is active.
13. Sale Items, Discounts, Bundles, and Free Products
Sale items, discounted products, bundles, promotional offers, limited-time deals, free products, free downloads, and complimentary resources are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
If a bundle contains multiple products and any part of the bundle has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, the bundle is considered delivered.
Partial refunds for bundles are not guaranteed.
14. Services, Setup, and Custom Work
If your order includes any service component, such as setup, installation, customization, consulting, design review, technical assistance, or custom work, that service may be non-refundable once work has started.
A service is considered started when we begin preparation, communication, review, setup, design, development, troubleshooting, or delivery related to your request.
Fees paid for completed work, time spent, consultations, custom edits, or delivered services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. European Union and United Kingdom Customers
Customers located in the European Union or United Kingdom may have certain cancellation rights for online purchases.
However, digital content has specific rules.
Where permitted by applicable law, when you purchase a digital product and request or agree to immediate access, download, or delivery before the end of the statutory cancellation period, you acknowledge that digital performance begins immediately and that you may lose your right to cancel once the digital content has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
If you are located in the EU or UK and have not accessed, downloaded, installed, copied, received, or used the digital product, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request according to applicable law.
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Defective Digital Products
If you believe a product is defective, you must contact us as soon as reasonably possible after purchase.
We may attempt to resolve the issue by:
- Providing technical guidance
- Replacing the file
- Updating the download link
- Issuing a corrected version
- Providing instructions
- Offering a workaround
- Providing store credit
- Approving a refund where appropriate
A product is not considered defective simply because it does not include a feature that was not advertised, does not match your personal preferences, or requires basic setup/customization.
17. Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
Requests submitted after this period may be refused.
Even within this period, refunds are not guaranteed if the product has already been accessed, downloaded, installed, copied, customized, delivered, or used.

Incomplete requests may take longer to process or may be denied.
19. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 10 business days, but the final posting time depends on your bank, card provider, or payment processor.

20. Policy Updates
ThemeStudio reserves the right to update, amend, or replace this Refund Policy at any time.
